Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
Things to know:
- If you have more than one child in the District you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account.
- Payments may be made with a major credit or debit card
- In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed to cover the bank fees. The convenience fee is $2.49 per deposit transaction. Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $2.49 fee once per deposit transaction. Williamsville School District will not profit from the use of this site.
To offset the cost of this convenience fee, the District Food Service Department will provide one bonus meal for your son or daughter for every $92(K-4) or $104 (5-12) you put on their account. For example, a purchase of $92 dollars will be charged a convenience fee of $2.49 but in return, you will receive one free meal valued at $2.30 or $2.60.
